Bob Cymber is a middle school English teacher and co-founder of Behavior Mods in St. Louis, Missouri. He has been practicing Stoicism regularly for about five years. He received his bachelor of arts in philosophy from Webster University and his master of arts in teaching from Fontbonne University. Additionally, he is a published poet and short story writer.

Dr. Dobbie Herrion has been an educator for over 20 years and has provided leadership to private, public,and for-profit institutions in higher education in the areas of operations, management, and student development. After earning his Doctorate from Maryville University in St. Louis, Herrion took the position of Executive Director of the East St. Louis Higher Education Center where he oversees campus programming and community development. Dr. Herrion is also the cofounder of Behavior Mods and both practices and teaches stoic principles to students and adults from socioeconomic at-risk and disadvantaged backgrounds. Herrion is the author of several books including Looking over God's Shoulder, Thirsty, and most recently, The Adventures and Trials of Lucilius: On Progress. Dr. Herrion is the recipient of the All-State Give it up for Good award for his nonprofit work in St. Louis. He is a proud father of two and a devoted husband.
