Will Johncock is the author of Stoic Philosophy and Social Theory (Palgrave MacMillan 2020). This book is a comparative study of ancient Stoic philosophy and modern social theory, the primary topic concerning how as individuals we are also socially/communally constituted and directed. His previous book Naturally Late: Synchronization in Socially Constructed Times (Rowman and Littlefield 2019), explores philosophical and sociological distinctions between natural timings and human-constructed timings.
